About Hug & Co.
Teddy bears and plush toys, ordered online and delivered across Chiang Mai.
Hug & Co. is a Chiang Mai online shop for teddy bears and plush toys. You choose a bear, a size, and a colour on the website, add a short message, and we deliver it to a home, hotel, condo, or workplace.
Our aim is simple: make it easy to send a soft, lasting gift, whether you live in Chiang Mai or are ordering for someone here from another city or country.
What we believe
A gift should be easy to choose and easy to send.
That is why every product page shows sizes and prices up front, and checkout tells you the delivery fee before you pay.
- Clear sizes, colours, and prices
- Honest delivery information
- A short, simple checkout
- Help from a real person when you need it
How ordering works
Most orders take a few minutes:
- Pick a teddy bear and choose its size
- Add a free message card for the recipient
- Enter the delivery address, date, and a Maps pin
- Pay securely by card through Stripe
- Follow your order with the private tracking link we send you
Same-day delivery depends on the time you order, stock, and the delivery zone.
Growing carefully
Hug & Co. is an independent Chiang Mai business. We improve the shop step by step, guided by real orders and customer feedback.
Chiang Mai is our home and our delivery area. If we ever deliver further, we will say so clearly on the site first.
